Assessments advice to customers:
Having
a suitable and sufficient Fire
Safety Risk Assessment can help to save lives. Just going through the Fire Safety Inspection process will
identify different areas of Fire Safety concern.
The
Responsible Person for the Hostel
must ensure that the Fire Safety Risk Assessment for the premise is up to date
and any Fire Safety remedial works identified are actioned upon – it’s the law.
Training
of Staff
is just one of the essential requirements – in a time of Emergency it is
imperative that all Staff know the premise Fire
Safety Emergency Plan and how to react in a time of Fire. If you
require Staff training contact London Fire Risk Assessments as all our Trainers
have completed their safety training with the London Fire Brigade.
